Unity Church of Christ Maywood Sunday Service Blessings Unity Family, Unity Church of Christ Maywood is open for limited in-person worship in the Sanctuary on Sunday at 10:00 am. Attendance at church will require registration by reserving your seat through Eventbrite. Reservations must be made by Saturday 10AM each week. The maximum capacity for seating in the sanctuary is 48. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before service to guarantee your seat. Arriving late may result in forfeiture of your reservation. Please complete the health assessment questionnaire attached to the UCC E-mail prior to coming to church, print out, and bring with you on Sunday. Protocols for Entrance to SanctuaryOnce at church, your temperature will be taken. Anyone with a temperature above 99 degrees will not be permitted to enter. Please print out and bring a completed copy of the health assessment form with you, and a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card. No one will be allowed in church without showing their vaccination card. Entrance to ChurchEveryone must enter the church on the Maywood Avenue side and come through the double red doors.
