Come join a small community seeking to relieve stress with scripture-based meditation, prayer, movement/stretching, journaling and more.
It's not only okay to take care of yourself, but the Bible offers many examples of self-care for us to follow. Come learn about scripture-based self-care techniques. We will meditate, pray, stretch, move, journal and allow space for emotional, mental, physical and spiritual release and refueling. Price includes some tools, too! Join us to learn and practice in this loving-kindness community.
