I would like the handyman to research into the proper gate to install. The characteristics of the gate desired are: * It is a sliding mechanism type that opens from both sides * It is motorized. * It is made of light-weight tough aluminum * It can be opened remotely from a car * It can be opened remotely via internet from a cell phone.
