Come and experience God’s LOVE and His PEACE! Come RELAX and listen to words from God! Easy, basic, simple stretches anyone can do Relaxing Christian Yoga WHAT IS IT??? A yoga class designed for woman who have never done yoga before. VERY easy and VERY relaxing with basic stretches that everyone can do! This class will help you feel God’s love and His peace as you hear God’s words spoken over you! I’m hoping this experience will help you focus enough to connect with God. I want you to leave the class feeling relaxed and connected with God! *the class before bed will also help you sleep at night!* WHERE??? In a big room called the meeting place at the town square. It’s near the post office. WHEN??? Thursday night 10:30pm, Friday 3:00pm AND Friday 4:30pm AND Friday at 10pm! (MAKE SURE you check your ticket to see if you bought the right time that you want) WHAT TO WEAR??? whatever you are most comfortable in!!! You can wear PJs, yoga pants, sweat pants and a Tshirt, whatever you feel comfortable in! WHAT TO BRING??? If you can bring a yoga mat, please bring it! Or you can bring a towel. If not, that’s ok I have some extra mats but it’s first come, first serve and I don’t have enough for everyone. Also bring a blanket or a sweat shirt if you get cold easily.
