Mythologie Candles is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented & motivated Shipping Handler to join our crew at our Lynden studio. Our candles are sold all over the world, but primarily in the USA. This is a seasonal shift with the potential as a permanent position. Location: Lynden, Washington Position: Part-Time Shipping handler Schedule: 8hr days, Saturday and Sunday, with potential to grow! Pay: $15 to start with 90-day reviews. Primary responsibilities include: *Pick and pack orders for shipment *Keeping stock organized *Follow and improve systems and processes for packing & shipping orders efficiently *Treat each order like it going to a celebrity *Maintain the proper shipping window to customers *Maintain a clean and organized area *Communicate product and inventory needs to Supervisor You will be a great fit as a shipping handler if you... *Have previous experience in packing and shipping *Can work quickly and efficiently under pressure *Have extreme attention to detail - we welcome your OCD tendencies! ;) *Enjoy a fast-paced work environment *Are friendly and get along easily with others *Love being in a team setting, but are also do great solo *Have strong communication skills *Are fantastic at solving problems *Can work on your feet 90% of the time *Are self-motivated and find things to do even when there's a lull *BONUS - Have previous experience with Shopify or Shipstation Benefits include: *$50 monthly candle allowance *Employee discounts *Opportunity for career advancement in Mythologie Candles *Getting paid while having fun in a low-stress but fast-paced environment!
