Original Grunge Stoner Rock project looking for Lead Guitarist

We're two older guys who have been playing in bands in Chicago area for a couple of decades. We have a bunch of kick ass original material we're working on to record for an album. The sound is Grungy Stoner 70's-ish hard rock with a touch of prog. Influences include Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Captain Beyond etc. We'd like to add a guitarist who can rip leads old school like the guys from Motorhead, Sabbath, Ted Nugent, David Gilmour or any of the bands above. We don't need shred really but you have to be a tasteful, creative and mature lead player with great and various tones. You should be able to understand and play over odd time signatures. If you have no videos, no mp3's, no streams, no rough home demos, or even cassette tapes of yourself playing then your probably not the guy were looking for. (We're really cool guys, but we just don't want to hear about why all the great stuff you have done was never recorded even once.) We play on the Northwest side of Chicago, a few times each month. Would be great if you have some home recording equipment so we can pass tracks and also work on things outside the studio.
