Seeking Part Time House Helper / Assistant

Hi, we (small business owner family) are looking for someone to come M-Th 7-12 and help us with house work and general todos. We have a baby, a large dog and a cat. We need help with dishes, washing and folding laundry (Marie Kondo Style), light food prep (shakes, sandwiches, steaming veggies, heating things in the oven), cleaning the floors (vacuuming, swiffering, mopping), picking up around the house and putting things where they go, taking the trash and the recycling out, helping keep the toy area tidy, and other things like taking the cars to get cleaned, going to store if we need something, cleaning up the patio, arranging handyman, and just whatever needs to be done. I am very organized and need some one who can keep our house so clean and tidy that it might look like it belongs in a magazine. We would like someone who speaks English well, is smart, dependable, gets things right away, very detailed, organized, follows directions, get things done quickly, is responsive and willing to do what’s needed. We want someone who has love in their heart, is growth minded, does everything with excellence, has humility, has a hunger to do better, has emotional intelligence, takes responsibility, has a sense of urgency, practices courage, is reliable, resourceful and consistent.
