KNOW Corp is partnering with Calvary Christian Center for a mental health boot camp that helps with anger, self-esteem, anxiety and more... The specific purpose of KNOWS is to provide Mental Health services for at risk youth, adults and seniors affected with mild, moderate or severe mental health illness. This course will challenge the stigma associated with mental health Participants will learn about mental health, how to recognize symptoms of mental health problems, how to protect and promote their own mental health, and where to find help. The training will provide practical tips, action plans and self-help strategies.
