Description
Credentials: Survived physical assault with no injuries, on Capitol Hill, Seattle many years back. 10+ years of martial arts training. De-escalation experience. 50+ sparring partners from many different martial arts backgrounds. Taught classes before with positive feedback. Goal: Get you to survive a physical assault with confidence, long enough to escape/stay out of danger and report to authorities. Walk through the world knowing how to keep situational awareness high, protocols for staying alert, but calm. Pattern recognition awareness for all types of situations that can lead to assault/ambush. We drill every aspect until every student understands what I do on a deep level; conceptually, emotionally, physically, subconsciously, and logically. And not only that but I will be finding all the ways to exponentially boost your learning curve for you to absorb 10+ years of knowledge of self-defense in a course of one to two days. Curriculum: *Mindset *Developing emotional intelligence to read people *Developing emotional strength to defend yourself *Flight/Flight/Freeze Nervous System/Response Control *Awareness *Psychology *Base level defensive retaliation skills *Strength/internal training in order to execute proper flow/technique *Energy level maintenance *Algorithmic attack/defense patterns *Reticular activation system effective calibration before assault/combat and during assault/combat *Rooting/footwork/kinetic chaining *Basic and simple real world knife defense that works that we'll practice drilling *Multiple attacker drills/real world scenario drills *Live resistance practice/sparring (optional, but best for you to do it for you to execute properly in real scenario/s) *Simulated ambush scenarios to prepare you emotionally and physically via emotional body response memory *Subconscious/nervous system drilling of proprioceptive response patterns *Biomimetic concept long term instillation so even when class is over, you can drill this with other classmates in order to progress further even when I'm not there *Reverse engineering mindset to find out what works AND what works for you *Better understanding/analyses of combat/defense/bio-mechanical physics so you know what you're doing wrong and how to diagnose/fix for long term self-learning What you are getting out of this class is a set of concepts and principles that are drilled so deeply into your emotional and physical core that you will understand what works and what doesn't even when I am not there, and how to properly drill it into your mind and body by yourself to give yourself a fighting chance to survive an attack. Better yet, how to stay clear of high probability assault situations and use of de-escalation when needed altogether. I will give you the operating system kernel and for you to grow the operating system yourself from this highly specialized kernel instilled deep in your core. When this is all over, you will be able to watch MMA/boxing matches and be able to effectively and accurately bet/guess on which fighter will win with high accuracy percentage based off of your understanding of combat.
