Soul Sauce is a roundtable of deep conversation in which we explore the depth of our true and authentic selves while blindfolded. Tired of feeling disconnected from your self and the world? Sick of shallow conversations and hollow relationships that seem to take more than they give? Come join our community and learn a new style of communication that we call Soul Sauce. Soul Sauce can best be understood as a "game of deep conversation" with the ultimate goal of understanding ourselves in more profound ways every time we play. There are no judges, winners or losers, only the joy of continuing this kind of infinite play as we evolve together as individuals and as a community. Theme: First Love Who was your first love? What happened the first time you met? How did your first relationship end? Come and join us to share your deepest feelings and memories and listen to others share theirs. The Rules of Engagement: After an introductory explanation by the facilitator everyone puts on blindfolds and then speakers volunteer themselves and share as much or as little as they feel comfortable. After paying close attention the listeners then take turns asking heartfelt questions, as the speaker answers each as authentically as possible with eyes still closed. After a few rounds, a new speaker volunteers and the process begins again. The main rule is there is no judgement allowed in this space, so that each person can be as authentic and vulnerable as they possibly can. Not everyone has to speak, listeners are welcome. Speakers will volunteer at the appropriate times. Speaking and listening with eyes closed is the entire point of this gathering. You will be surprised at the amount of presence you will discover and the depth of what you will feel in this safe and supportive environment. I hope you will join us.
