Texas-based preservation company in need of crews to perform initial secures, property condition bids, and maintenance on foreclosed properties. This also includes debris removals (trash-outs), roof patching, inspections, and damage reporting. Immediate work is available. You must be familiar with preservation requirements and damage reporting. You must know how to bid debris removal and know how to take detailed pictures. We are a serious company and are only looking for serious candidates. Our candidates can come from Texas, Louisiana, or wherever necessary, but must read and understand the Net 30 industry. Individuals who are not serious about having work done efficiently, or responding to emails and calls, or collaborating for best results, or producing on-time results and work are encouraged to not respond. We do have our own internal quality control inspector who works daily checking on our properties, so mediocrity won't work! We are a good company who only wants good contractors. Payment terms: You will get compensated for your first 2 jobs after they have been inspected, then the net 30 (industry standard) will apply. Our payments are bi-weekly and are direct deposits.
