Type of work. *Service work. *Inspect vacant units and repair where needed to make rent ready. *Service cable installs. *New panel box installs. *Rough in and trim out for rehabs. *Ability to pull permits when needed. Must Have. *Reliable work van(s) *Own tools *Insurance *Ability to address issue within 24-hours when needed.
