Join us for a Masquerade ball featuring our 14-piece band, special guest singers, and more! Join us for a Masquerade Ball you won't soon forget! Featuring our mini-big band band with an 8 piece horn section, full rhythm section and singers including: Marah Lovequist, Toots Lorraine and Reed Meyer. We encourage our guests to dress up, this is a themed event! Seating/ Dancing: • There will be a mix of open tables and reserved tables available for guests. Guests who wish to reserve a table should purchase the corresponding ticket for 4 or 8 guests. A 20x20 dance floor will be provided. Guests are asked to follow all CDC recommendations including masks, and we strongly encourage guests to be vaccinated. We ask that you help us limit the amount of guests on the dance floor at one time and remain courteous to fellow guests by alternating songs and respecting a safe distance. This large banquet room seats over 250 guests, but we will limit capacity to ensure adequate spacing & comfort. You do not need to bring your own chair. High tops, banquet tables, rounds, and row seating are all available on a first come basis for general admission ticket holders. Parking: • Self-parking at the property is complimentary for attendees. If you are a hotel guest, please contact the front desk for a complimentary $5 discount code to this event. Refunds: • If you are not comfortable with indoor seating at this time or find yourself feeling ill, please request a refund as soon as possible to ensure other guests may purchase. • Request a refund in writing by emailing [email protected] and include the number of tickets, and your confirmation number. We are unable to process refunds over the phone. Food & Drink: • The venue will have beer, wine, and hot food available for purchase, cash only. You may bring your own bottled water, but please note this not a BYOB event. • Food is allowed inside the venue, but we ask that you are mindful of our hosts and performers during the show.
