This second edition of Barrels & Bites @ Baker & Wife will take us on a journey to the Caribbean by opening up our palates to four unique rums, each with their own character tracing their roots to centuries old techniques and ingredients handed down from one distiller to another. Chef Isaac of Baker & Wife masterfully paired each of the four rums to four unique dishes not normally available on the restaurant menu. This is a process of trial and error ensuring each dish matches the flavor profile of the rum, yet keeping their Caribbean roots. Each $80 ticket includes a welcome cocktail, 4 - 1oz pours of unique Plantation rums, each paired with a specially curated dish by the chef. *Gratuity not included.
