Backyard lawn mowing and front yard weeding

Hi there, I'm looking for someone who can mow our backyard, as well as weed in the front yard. Looking for someone monthly. Mower and weed-eater are here on premises, so not necessary to bring. If you have a bush trimmer to bring, that would be a plus. Please post an *hourly rate* as the amount of weeds and grass varies each month. *Will not respond to offers to come take a look first, without at least hearing what your hourly rates are *Including a public FB (or other) profile will help - to verify your identity - as I’ll be inviting you into my backyard.
