Epoxy / resinous flooring installers - crew leads

Resinous flooring contractor is interviewing prospective installers. Must haves: 1: Valid driver’s license and clean MVD report. 2: Be able to pass E-Verify. 2: Ability to pass random drug screening. 3: Ability to operate a paintbrush and roller without splattering onto expensive surfaces not to receive coatings. 4: Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English in order to fill out job forms, and read product data sheets and labels in order to comprehend how they are to be mixed and used. 5: Ability to listen to supervisors and clients. 6: No desire to smoke anything whatsoever or chew tobacco during work hours. 7: Neat and clean appearance and ability to keep work vehicles and jobsites neat and clean as well. 8: Positive attitude. Things it would be nice for the applicant to have: 1: Experience with Key Resin products is a plus. 2: Ability to mix, hang, and finish epoxy cove base is a plus. 3: Bi-lingual in Spanish and English 4: Computer skills Please reply to this posting with a resume or work history to be considered for an interview.
