This Event is free to non-sellers TIP Inc is hosting a community yard sale under the Overton Park Pavilion on East Parkway North (facing Sam Cooper) on Oct 10, from 7am-5pm. If you want to join us and make some extra money, gain exposure or fundraise for your business, organization, or just to get rid of some personal clutter, donate $75 to participate in selling , and bring a table to set up your area. Reserved spots are under the pavilion and surrounding the pavilion in the grass area. All sellers are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving. Due to COVID-19 and the new Delta-Variant Restrictions, No cooking & serving food to be sold will be allowed. Failure to adhere to COVID-Restrictions will result in you being asked to leave with the forfeiture of your donation. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the conditions of this event. Set up time starts at 6:45am. There are expected to be over 100-200 people from the general public to pass through the park on Sundays so this is an opportunity to appeal to the public! .All donations goes towards the ongoing efforts of our mission.
