Visit the basement winery and learn how we make wine and cider from Minnesota fruit. Go where few guests are ever allowed to visit- our basement winery! We have the full complement of wine, mead and cider making tanks and tools. Jeff, the winemaker and owner, will walk you through the winemaking process. Taste the products in production, direct from the tank or barrel and ask as many questions as you like. Offered each Sunday at 12:30.
