Electrician or handyman for lighting retrofit work

Hi, I am looking for an electrician or qualified handyman with electrical experience to replace 144 6" can lights at a commercial building. This is phase one of the retrofit - if it goes well I'll have you do other light types that also need updating. Hopefully, you have experience in doing this, but just to be clear on the process and needed steps you can refer to this link outlining the process: I will provide the lights. You can do this work after hours and/or on weekends if it's a second job. Or during regular business hours. Work will be in an occupied building and will need to wear a mask. Please respond with: -When you can start -How long it will take you to complete the entire job and/or how many lights you anticipate doing a week -How much per can light you feel is fair compensation. -Tell me a little bit about why you are qualified
