YOGA + BEER returns to Love City for a BOWGA Birthday Flow! Birthday gifts for all! Turntable Yoga Turns One! Come celebrate with me at Love City Brewing for a special celebratory flow. To commemorate my first playlist, flow, and theme, BOWGA: Yoga Set To The Music of David Bowie, returns to the mat - we will sing, dance, and practice in a way that honors the sounds of Bowie alongside the poses of our asana. We will start at 10:30 am under the tent at Love City, and all guests will receive a FREE beer of their choice after the flow, and Turntable Yoga will be handing out birthday presents to all who attend. Masks are not required to flow (social distancing strongly recommended to those outside your group), but masks ARE required to enter the brewery to receive and drink your beer. Masks also required anytime before, during, or after practice you need to access Love City's restroom. BYO mats, masks, and friends. Attendance is capped at 50. Can't wait to celebrate with you!
