Adult ginger cat needs new home

Kiwi is a sweet 9 year old indoor/outdoor cat. She belonged to my mom who had to move to a new place that does not accept cats, and now I have to move within the next 3 months as well so I cannot keep her. Would vastly prefer to have her re-homed before I run out of time and have to surrender her to a shelter. She would be ideal for a home with no other cats, and will coexist with dogs that leave her alone. She lived with a rambunctious service dog for 2 years with my mom's roommate and just did her best to keep her distance. If interested you can email or text and we can see about arranging a proper phone call (calling without notice I will likely assume is just a spam call) and from there an in-person meeting. I will be charging a $50.00 rehoming fee and include some of her things (cushion, blanket, toys, litter box, etc.).
