Two-hour Yoga Workshop at Tribe Fitness
This two-hour workshop is perfect for anybody trying to learn how to effectively add more stretching and relief to their life.
We will start with a fifteen-minute chat about how to stretch and the mechanics of stretching.
What does a “good stretch” even feel like? (I’ll give you a hint: it feels good, not like you are breaking your body in half)
Together, we will explore “hot spots” in the body (i.e. neck, shoulders, hips, low back, et. al.) I will demonstrate a couple of stretches for each for you to add to your own stretching routine or workout.
I will answer questions, troubleshoot your problem areas, and discuss what is mechanically happening so you know WHY it feels good. My goal for this workshop is to give you the agency to re-create these stretches on your own so you can stay injury and pain-free.
