hearing pursuant to Civil Service Law Section 75 and the applicable bargaining agreement involving District employee #02060; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the placement of this employee on suspension, including without pay for up to 30 days, following the service upon the employee of disciplinary charges, pending the final determination of those charges ."
