We are a certified, well established apartment "make ready" contractor looking for PAINTERS for vacant units. Steady, reliable YEAR ROUND work - wouldn't that be nice?! We are buried in work and need you! We are seeking full time employees, Mon-Saturday 8-5 (normally work five days per week), with potential for some Saturday work required as needed. This is NOT a seasonal position - we are looking to hire motivated individuals willing to work hard and grow with the company. This will require having a good 'can do' attitude at all times, attention to detail, learning new practices, new products and most of all - flexibility. We are busy and getting busier - come join us! Requirements: • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and pleasant demeanor. • Apartment interior repaint experience - but a good attitude goes a long way and we will train! • Ability to lift a 75 lb. ladder and haul 5 gallon paint buckets and other equipment. • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance (including clean driving history and clean criminal history - no felonies) • Basic English proficiency • Clean-cut appearance • Ability to pass drug test •Willing to work overtime as it could be required at times •Be a decent human being! Responsibilities: • Apartment Repainting • Working on ladders • Preparing various surfaces for painting (walls, ceilings, closets and millwork) • Filling cracks, holes and joints with caulk, putty or other filler • Repairing drywall • Taking pride in your best job done right - EVERY TIME!
