Maintenance Technicians - Hiring Immediately About Premier Gutter Cleaning: We started in September 2016 and have become the premier choice for home services on the East Side of King County. About Position: Maintenance Technicians are the face of our company serving new customers and loyal customers. Technicians will be handling ladders, climbing up and down to perform our services, residential home owners and multi family propertied. Company vehicles during working hours are provided after training is completed. During training all techs are paid $18.75 per hour. Lots of room for growth and ample opportunity for expansion. *Maintenance Technicians will be trained to perform the following services* -Gutter Cleaning -Roof Cleaning -Pressure Washing -Window Cleaning -Minor gutter repair. Qualifications: - Physically Capable & Athletic - Experience preferred but will train the right candidate. - Must be 21 or older - Can lift 50 lbs. including a 28 foot extension ladder. - Drug Free able to pass background check - Can complete jobs alone and work independently - Comfortable with heights and climbing up and down ladders - Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record. - Can work outside in all weather conditions - Professional and Clean Appearance - Great Customer Service Skills HOURS: - 32-40 hours a week - Flexible schedule. 5 days a week, 6-8 hours per day - Mon-Fri all year round PAY: - Training is paid and provided $18.75 per hour. Maintenance Techs are also paid on production through commissions and tips.
