Me and my girlfriend are in search for a dog a small breed to be exact.( Jack Russell, Chihuahua ) We cannot afford some of these outrageous rehoming fees we are good owners. We own two cats and our roommate has one as well. No more than 3 years old and, doesn't it have to be up to date with shots, we'll cover that if needed.
