Found: Female Dog - border collie mix

Found: Female dog. Border Collie Mix. She is a Tri color with white toes, probably 3 or 4 years old. Red collar with a red Diamond Veterinary Hospital rabies tag out of Everett Wa so I figured I would post in your area too. I found her in the King St. Auto Zone parking lot in Bellingham Wa.
