This is an experienced position but we are willing to train the right candidate with construction background. Ultimate candidate will have at least 1 years of skilled carpentry or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. Requirements: *Experience in carpentry or exterior construction/Roofing *Positive attitude *Excellent communication skills *Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons *Willingness to work overtime *Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus! *Compensation: Hourly Position for starters ($15-$25) or inexperienced and percentage/ commission pay for experienced candidates. -- Salary commensurate with experience ***Monthly Bonuses additional with goal attainment.
