Fix running lights on my dump trailer

Trailer lights were working great then recently stopped. Brake,blinkers,flashers work fine but NOT The side running lights nor when the lights are put to ON or PARK Light mode. Truck lights work on All those modes but not side running lights like they used to so at night none of the trailer lights come on unless i use the blinkers, brakes or flashers. Therefore i believe it's a short or fuse etc. Would like you to "TEXT" Me a (Ballpark Quote) of what you would charge to FIX The PROBLEM, And WHEN Can you do it ?
