Violinist wanted for serious pop/alt rock project

I am seeking a violinist (or a guitarist/pianist who also plays violin) for a serious pop/alt rock project in Sacramento. This is a serious attempt at making music for a living and we have the connections & resources to give this a real shot. I am looking for something to take us to another level, and I believe a violin would be an amazing addition. Plus, it has always been my dream to be in a band with a violinist! Thank you, KANSAS! Think Alt 94.7/City of Trees-type music. A "dancy/current" Yellowcard. A "happier" Blue October. We won't really know until we get together to make music :) We are all in our 30's and play professionally around the Northern California area. One in dance cover bands, one in a reggae band, one in a pop-punk band, and one from an electronic rock band. I decided to find the best pieces of some of the best bands in town & assembled a hard-working, friendly, talented group of musicians who are ready to give this a real shot. We have all played/headlined Concerts in the Park, City of Trees, Ace of Spades, etc. We all have lived in a studio making albums for weeks on end. We all have lived our lives playing live shows every weekend for the last 3-15 years. We know what needs to happen and how, but it all starts & stops with the songs.
