I'm new to town and looking to get out and start jamming. I'm hoping to find a drummer first so we can hit it off then flesh out the rest of the group as needed, but I'm down to jam with any instruments. I'm 43 and have a day job that I won't be putting aside for music. That being said, I am reliable and will show up to jams/rehearsals/etc., I just won't be quitting to go on tour. I've been playing bass pretty much my whole life, and have gigged in many genres, but I always come back to my heavier roots. I can provide past recordings but I don't think any of them exemplify what I'm looking for. Think somewhere along the lines of early Mastodon, early Baroness, later Neurosis, or Intronaut, but with more Torche or Rwake heaviness. Send me a message if you're interested.
