Job Description Green Ride Boulder and Green Ride Longmont is looking to hire friendly and professional drivers! Want to be part of a fun, locally owned, fast growing business? Join our team! We're looking for awesome people to be: -Airport Shuttle Drivers/In town Drivers Shuttle people between Boulder/Longmont and DIA safely, and efficiently. Shuttle drivers are the faces of our company, on the front lines of customer service. Observe Covid-19 Protocols put in place by the company and county to keep employees and patrons safe. Shifts: Shifts beginning at 1 PM thru 4:30 PM Weekends Available Job responsibilities include: -The safe and timely operation of our shuttle vans in town and to and from DEN -Completing thorough and accurate pre-trip inspections -Providing the best possible customer service to your passengers, all Green Ride patrons, and the communities in which we operate -Being considerate to your fellow drivers by picking up your trash, cleaning out your vehicles, fueling up, and returning all equipment in good condition -The ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (for loading luggage) -Being a good ambassador of Green Ride and the communities we serve -Being awesome Requirements: -MUST have a good MVR. No DUI, DWI, Reckless driving, or Careless Driving charges -Be at least 21 years of age -Have a valid DOT physical (we can set you up to get this) -Pass a background check (we pay for this) -Pass a pre-employment drug test (we pay for this) -Be a friendly, fun person to work with -CDL with passenger endorsement preferred but not required. (We can train to obtain CDL) -All positions are tipped, twice! All credit card tips are pooled and distributed based on hours worked. This usually adds $1-3 per hour, depending on how busy we are. Passengers also give you cash tips, and leave tips on our POS system. Top drivers can earn up to $25-$70 in cash tips each shift! We offer 48 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off) per year, for full time employees (average of 40 hrs per week) We offer free rides for you and your family as well as the opportunity for advancement upon 90 day reviews.
