Seeking Drum Lessons

I am looking for a drum set instructor for my son. He's 9 years old and doesn't have prior experience. I would like him to also develop a basic understanding of music theory - maybe some elementary piano or keyboard as well. But drum set would be the primary focus. We would prefer an instructor with a studio or practice space, but we can do lessons at our home if necessary. I am a drummer and he will have access to my drum set for practice. Please tell me a little about yourself and your rates if you have availability.
