Rehoming sweet 3-yr-old dog

We are rehoming our 3 year old dog. She is a wonderful family dog--very sweet and gentle with people, and loves to snuggle. She is house trained and crate trained. Overall, she is a very calm and quiet dog. She does love to chase after bunnies, however, and has jumped our (4 ft) fence several times to go after them. Needless to say, she has met several of our neighbors during her adventures! Ideally, she would find a home with a large yard and a taller fence (HOA prevents our putting in a taller fence). She has also done well with boarding and doggy daycare. She is spayed, chipped, and up to date on vaccinations. $50 re-homing fee applies.
