Looking for rehearsal space

Hey all 👋🏻 My name's Dave and I recently moved to Denver! I'm looking for a monthly rehearsal space to keep my gear, practice, and do some songwriting. A couple details about me: - Small footprint. Just need space for a digital piano, a few guitars, and a small amp - Not going to be making a lot of noise. Just a space to sing, track demos, practice piano, play at a moderate volume. - No group or band rehearsals (again, just gonna be me) - North Denver / circa downtown preferable If anyone has a space available, or looking for someone to split a space with, or even has a guest house in their back yard they're looking to rent out, hit me up!
