Hello, We own & operate Airbnb’s in Florida this one is in Orange Park. We need someone local who we can trust.. We recently had a guest complain about some things (photos attached). Looking for a handyman who can address these things professionally. We are a small company and you will be dealing with the owners directly maybe at times coordinating with the house keeper. Must Haves • Tools needed for the job • Valid Photo ID • Cash App, Venmo, Or Zelle • Verifiable Experience Good To Have • 3 References • Attention To Detail • Clean work environment We're hoping to meet someone trustworthy, reliable, attention to detail, & can take healthy critique. If you handle this well, we will call you for future maintenance on our 3 properties as issues occur. The Pay Please make your bid We can pay for materiels over the phone at Lowes or Home Depot but we will require receipt. What’s next?
