Fence installation helper

Looking for a helper to work with me installing mostly vinyl fencing. May have occasional wood and chain link. Also have about 12 landscaping accounts that will keep us busy in between. Local, Family owned company. Just me and my son who is in high school. Need someone ASAP- will start this week. 9/7/2021. Starting pay $15 per hour but skilled help may get up to $20 per hour.
