I am looking for experienced Property Preservation contractors and handy men in Freeborn County. Please have Experience doing Preservation work or at least some basic knowledge of Preservation and working with bank owned properties. Must be willing to take Before, during and after photos of ALL work completed. Must have open availability and must have attention to detail. Must have equipment and have experience with Winterizations, de-winterizations, pressure testing, lawn maintenance, some plumbing, some electrical, repairs, lock changes, hauling, general maintenance and trash outs.
