Move my couch to the dumpster

I have a heavy sofa that I will not be taking with me on my next move. No one will buy it so I need to move it out to the dumpsters to put it up for grabs. I need 1-2 people to help me carry this across the parking lot. The job will only take 10-15 minutes but I can’t move it on my own NO stairs.
