Ellie the Tuxedo needs a forever home

I have a one year old spayed female cat (Ellie) who needs a new home. She, unfortunately, terrorizes my very laid back dogs. There are good days, but she would do better in a home where she is the only one getting attention, or in a home where the dogs or pets have equal energy to play with her the way she wants. She hasn’t been around a ton of kids but has done well around the few she has met. She does like to relax with the family and cuddle in the mornings (of course depending upon her kitty demeanor of the day). She would need to have all her stuff taken with her. We have quite a bit, to include one large cat tower, one smaller one, some scratchers, a closed litter box, an open one, and some other miscellaneous things as well. Rehoming fee does apply, and is non negotiable.
