Keep on Flagging Little Pitts, you just keep proving my point. I will keep reposting this no matter how many PERSONA's you post under. Well here we go again Pitts, trying to hide the TRUTH. Keep Flagging....I'll keep posting So our poor little waif Pitts (or his tunnel dwelling persona) is upset that his crude and threatening e-mails have been reported to not only Craigslist, but the Cybercrimes division of The Pittsburgh Police Department. And his/her/it's excuse for being upset is that we are copying his posts (either in whole or in part) which is by his/her/it's standards Plagiarism. Well, poor little Pitts, you evidentially don't understand Plagiarism, which is surprising seeing as how many Democrats have been busted for it. Including SLOW JOE, oh wait is PITTS claiming that SLOW JOE committed a CRIME, and if so doesn't that meant that he's wasn't eligible to even RUN for president. At the very least Slow joe should have had his degree stripped from him for this theft. Oh, oh, Pitts might just have given the GOP the weapon it needs to FLUSH the BIDEN. But wait Slow Joe isn't the ONLY Convicted Democratic PLAGURISM. Remember OBAMA Stole one of Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick speeches. When he couldn’t, Walsh pulled out of his reelection bid. I don't think our little child realizes that by posting on a public forum he/she/it is replenishing all rights of COPYRIGHT. Think about it, If you post an ad in the paper, or even a letter to the editor of the city paper. Is it illegal, or even plagiarism to, quote that ad, or letter? If so why doesn't anyone who is ever quoted by the media not suing the media for theft of intellectual property. Especially, if what they quote that person doesn't like and just claims as our mental midget PITTS says "without their permission.". ne has to wonder if poor little Pitts has ever heard of FAIR USE in Copyright law? Direct from FINDLAW we get :"Under the Copyright Act, the fair use of copyrighted material without permission is allowed when used for the following purposes: Criticism; Comment; News reporting; Teaching, includes making copies for use in the classroom; Scholarship and research; Parody. These uses do not grant the right to use the copyrighted work in its entirety. Rather, the use should be limited to quoting, excerpting, summarizing, and making educational copies of the material." Oh well, we now know that our poor little PITTS never went to law school. Or at least paid any attention. Oh and I just couldn't resist including a picture of PITTS sitting in the corner.
