evacuee from hurricane ida, new orleans, la. 47yr old diabetic man and his service chihuahua need place to stay and money to get diabetis medicine, etc. for past week have not been able to get out of intense heat or have had medicine. doing pretty bad, dog is almost dying due to heat. any help would be apprieciated, thank you. text 1st. . ron
