Hello, a friend of mine was walking Chevy and he someone got out of his leash and bolted. This happened last night Sept 4th around 6pm He does not have his collar on, he's friendly with dog and skittish with human stranger. Last time he was spotted is in Windsor park neighborhood near muller. If you spotted him please reach out at .
