Hi, I'm a property owner w/multiple units (incl. my own) so I always need quick, reliable & trustworthy help from people experienced with electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, tile work and other smaller things such as painting, yard work, moving heavy furniture, dump runs, etc. I've posted here before and then get 50-100 replies within 24hrs. I apologize that I cannot reply to them all, but I promise it's not a scam. I'm just moving when I find the right person. But... I often do refer back to folks a week or so later when the next thing comes up. I prefer to pay electronically (Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, etc.) but if necessary I can pay cash (just means I have to run to the bank.) Depending on the job I start with paying btwn $15-$20/hr. People who remain reliable sources for me to call end up making more because I value the reliability, quality of work, trustworthiness and ability to understand the constraints of a project (usually non-negotiable deadlines.)
