Mother needing a pro-bono attorney who has experience in Family Law for a custody visitation matter/hearing.
Been pro-per and it has been a brutal experience. The other parent has a lawyer.
Hearing is coming up in a few months.
I may be able to swing $400 for an attorney's appearance if need be, but certainly need pro-bono work done
for the most part, such as preparation for the hearing. Most papers have been filed but need to likely be amended.
