Looking for an up & coming Cocktail Party Planner

We are in need of party planning services for a 40th birthday party. This will be a cocktail party and we are looking to decorate the space. We are looking for someone to (1) design the event & layout (this includes decoration style and layout for food and drinks) (2) source materials (this includes sourcing decorations from Amazon.com and printing menu cards, etc.) Please note that payment below does not include cost of materials. (3) help with day of set-up (the person is to set up the venue prior to the birthday party) We have reserved a beautiful venue with views overlooking Boston and are looking for up and coming party planners to design the event and have beautiful pictures that they can take with them for to build up their business. Event Details: Date: 10/9 Time: 6-11PM Attendees: No more than 30 people will be part of this cocktail party. Looking to decorate the inside venue (there is also an outside roof deck, but no decorations (or minimal decorations are expected for that). $25 an hour - 10 total hours expected (4 hours for design and sourcing and 4 hours for day of set-up) Please share pictures of past events in order to get a reply back.
