Lost in the last week, dinghy (plastic rowboat) got loose from Ocean Point, Maine dock. No painter (still tied to the dock). Two metal oar locks tied to the hull, full of water, has the name Smith and number 47 in the stern. No name on the transom. $200 reward. Thank you for reading.
