Seeking part-time care for an infant

We're looking for someone to watch our easy 5-month old, 2-3x a week for 4-6hours at a time. Both parents are working from home at this time but we are starting to need a little help with the baby and ideally with some light housekeeping while the baby is napping. We can be flexible with scheduling but would like to start care as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who is experienced with babies, competent, reliable, and warm. Covid vaccination is a must. We saw several promising sitters on care.com but we were apprehensive about signing up for the service after seeing how the site gets so many bad reviews.
