Hello, I am looking for someone who can make plywood shutters for all exteriors windows of a single story home. I would need them to have a mechanism to easily install and remove them as needed. I would need the same person who is making them to be able to install and remove them quickly in the event of a future storm. I also need a few odds and ends completed, including changing interior door locks and hanging some panels with screws into interior walls. Most importantly I need someone RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
