Description

I need to remove and replace floor joists and sub floor in a 12x12 area of the house. Damage cause possibly termites but mostly dry rot. I also need the area vented. The area beneath is crawlspace. If you would like to give me a price please contact me. I am within the city limits of Opp. I am old and handicap so of no use to help. Retired would be fine
